1. About these terms

These terms govern the website and any services provided by Information Technology Consulting Solutions LLC ("ITCS," "we," "us") to business and individual customers ("you"). Quotes, statements of work, or invoices we issue may add terms; where they conflict, the quote or SOW controls for that engagement.

2. Services

ITCS provides AI consulting, IT architecture and website services, PC repair and parts, eWaste and data-wiping services, and related offerings as described on this site. Scope, price, and timeline for each engagement are set out in a written quote or statement of work agreed before work begins.

3. Quotes and payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless the quote says otherwise. Payment terms are stated on each invoice; unless stated otherwise, payment is due on receipt for parts and within 15 days for services. Parts sold through our Amazon or eBay storefronts follow the terms of those marketplaces.

4. Data wiping and certificates

Data-wiping work follows NIST SP 800-88 media sanitization. We issue a certificate of erasure per drive processed. Certificates attest to the sanitization of the identified media only; we cannot certify media we did not receive.

5. Client responsibilities

You confirm you own or are authorized to service the equipment and data you hand us, and you back up data before repair or disposal unless data recovery or wiping is the contracted service itself.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, ITCS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for data loss on equipment you did not contract us to back up. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement.

7. Warranties

Repair work carries a 30-day workmanship warranty. Parts carry their supplier or manufacturer warranty. The NVMe drives we sell are QC-verified before shipping; capacity and health are documented per drive.

8. Intellectual property

The site content, brand marks, and materials we create under an engagement are owned as stated in the quote or SOW. Deliverables made for you are yours on final payment unless the SOW says otherwise.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the state or federal courts serving Hillsborough County, Florida.
