Information Technology Consulting Solutions LLC ("ITCS," "we," "us") is an owner-operated IT consulting firm headquartered in Tampa, Florida. This notice explains what information we collect and how we use it when you visit this website, contact us, or use our services.

• Project details you share with us so we can scope and deliver work: business name, systems involved, and the problem you need solved.

• This site does not run advertising or third-party tracking.

How we use information

• Respond to inquiries and prepare quotes.
• Deliver and support the services you hire us for.
• Send service-related communication (quotes, invoices, project updates). No marketing lists without your opt-in.

Data wiping clients

For eWaste and data-wiping engagements we follow NIST SP 800-88 media sanitization. Certificates of erasure reference the media processed; client identity is recorded only in our business records.

Data retention and security

Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to serve you or as required by law. Email and business records are held with a privacy-focused provider, and access is limited to ITCS staff.

Your choices
