eWaste & Data Wiping

Your old drives, certified clean. Your client data, never at risk.

NIST 800-88 media sanitization with a certificate of erasure for every drive — plus responsible recycling for the hardware that no longer serves you.

What you get

🧾 Certificate for every drive

A numbered certificate of erasure per drive: serial, method, date, and technician. The paperwork auditors and insurers ask for.

🛡️ NIST 800-88 sanitization

The federal standard for media sanitization. Drives are wiped or physically destroyed when wiping is not possible.

♻️ Responsible disposal

Retired hardware recycled through proper channels — nothing of yours ends up in a landfill or a second-hand market with data on it.

🚚 Pickup for offices

Plain answers

Why not just delete the files?

Deleting hides files; wiping overwrites every sector so nothing is recoverable by any tool. Only a verified wipe protects you from a data breach on resold hardware.

What if a drive is broken?

Drives that can't be wiped are physically shredded, and the certificate records the destruction method instead.

Can you prove it was MY drive?

Yes. Serial numbers are captured before and after, and the certificate ties each serial to its erasure method and date.

What does it cost?

Per-drive pricing with batch discounts. Volume offices usually land well below the cost of one breach. Free quote, no obligation.

Ready when you are.

Free quote, one business day response, no pressure.
